0ctober 31st There are probably as many Freedom loving patriots in the Democratic Party as in the Republican.     The vast majority of our citizens cherish Freedom and uphold morality.   They differ in their perspectives, both on where the problems lie, and in the solutions.   Most fail to realize that both parties are controlled by the Eastern Establishment for the benefit of an elite group of Insiders.    Despite minor distinctions in rhetoric and personality, little of substance separates Democrat John Kerry from Republican George W. Bush.  Products of the same elitist Skull & Bones background, Senator Kerry and President Bush play to different segments of our population, but embrace the same internationalist, big-government program.  I quote from an article in the current New American:       "Though George W. Bush and John Kerry do have some differences and appeal to very different constituencies, they are alike in many respects, holding similar viewpoints on many issues.  For instance, both Bush and Kerry have sought higher federal social welfare spending; a greater role for the United Nations in Iraq; amnesty for illegal aliens; more foreign aid; and more federal spending on, and control over, health care and education.  Neither candidate plans to submit a balanced budget proposal to Congress over the next four years, and both candidates wrongly claim that the president has the power to commit our nation to war.  (The Constitution explicitly says that only "Congress shall have power to ...declare war.")   Both Kerry and Bush are, in essence, spokesmen for the same causes.  Their main difference lies in how each packages his message to appeal to differing constituency groups."     Since both Presidential Candidates seem to be leading us to similar destinations, what is there to do?   First, vote your conscience, not for the lessor of two evils!    My vote is going to Michael Peroutka of the Constitution Party. http://www.peroutka2004.com/   Second, support Congressional Candidates who are for less government and more individual Freedom.   Congress is the Key to our Freedom.  The President gets all of the press, but the power is still in Congress!   Support Freedom Candidates financially, with your influence, and with your action.   James Madison, one of the architects of our Constitutional Republic said:      "We are warranted in believing that . . . the House of Representatives, with the people on their side, will at all times be able to bring the Constitution to its primitive form and principles."     The Federalist No. 63.     For an informed program for regaining our Freedom, read the article in 'The New American', 'Whom Do We Elect?'. http://www.thenewamerican.com/tna/2004/07-12-2004/elect.htm    Eternal vigilance is the price of Freedom!   Will Christensen National Vice Chair Independent American Party www.usiap.org   Be a pipeline not a bucket - Please pass this along.

.......................................................................................................................

......if terror disrupts the election -- the electors, who actually choose the President, should be freed from all prior commitments to party so that they can vote their consciences for what is best for the country given the new crisis  -- as all promises made by the bi-partisan war candidates will have become irrelevant and inoperative anyway and suspicion will be on the bi-partisan Establishment for the calamity.   D

CHECK UP YOUR VOTE REGISTRATION

[USA] voter Registrations Possibly Trashed

[Contractor for election, for census, and for killing people, what a democracy…!]

http://www.klas-tv.com/Global/story.asp?S=2421595&nav=168XRvNe

By George Knapp, KLAS TVTuesday 12 October 2004

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA

Employees of a private voter registration company allege that hundreds, perhaps thousands of voters who may think they are registered will be rudely surprised on election day. The company claims hundreds of registration forms were thrown in the trash.

Anyone who has recently registered or re-registered to vote outside a mall or grocery store or even government building may be affected.

The I-Team has obtained information about an alleged widespread pattern of potential registration fraud aimed at Democrats. The focus of the story is a private registration company called Voters Outreach of America, AKA America Votes.

The out-of-state firm has been in Las Vegas for the past few months, registering voters. It employed up to 300 part-time workers and collected hundreds of registrations per day, but former employees of the company say that Voters Outreach of America only wanted Republican registrations.

Two former workers say they personally witnessed company supervisors rip up and trash registration forms signed by Democrats.

"We caught her taking Democrats out of my pile, handed them to her assistant and he ripped them up right in front of us. I grabbed some of them out of the garbage and she tells her assisatnt to get those from me," said Eric Russell, former Voters Outreach employee.

Eric Russell managed to retrieve a pile of shredded paperwork including signed voter registration forms, all from Democrats. We took them to the Clark County Election Department and confirmed that they had not, in fact, been filed with the county as required by law.

So the people on those forms who think they will be able to vote on Election Day are sadly mistaken. We attempted to speak to Voters Outreach but found that its office has been rented out to someone else.

The landlord says Voters Outreach was evicted for non-payment of rent. Another source said the company has now moved on to Oregon where it is once again registering voters.  It's unknown how many registrations may have been tossed out, but another ex-employee told Eyewitness News she had the same suspicions when she worked there.

It's going to take a while to sort all of this out, but the immediate concern for voters is to make sure you really are registered.

Call the Clark County Election Department at 455-

to see if you are registered.

As I saw these latest pictures from this unhappy war, the thought came to me that this week was the anniversary of one of the most famous documents in French history -- the Manifesto of 121 against France's colonial war in Algeria.

At the height of that other war, which saw French soldiers ordered to torture, rape and kill Algerian men and women (whether they were combatants in the Algerian FLN or not), the 121 writers, intellectuals, and artists proclaimed -- 44 years ago this week -- their support for the right to desert from an Army guilty of degradingly inhuman, criminal conduct. "We respect, and consider justified," they said, "the refusal to take up arms against the Algerian people."

Among the signatories of the Manifesto of 121 were some of France's most prominent talents: Sartre and Simone de Beauvoir, of course, but also Pierre Boulez, Alain Robbe-Grillet, Nathalie Sarraute, Vercors (the heroic writer-fighter of the French Resistance to Nazism), Marguerite Duras, Simone Signoret ... and more, all of whom risked a great deal, including indictment, for signing this incitement to desertion. When Signoret and other actors were banned from appearing on state-owned radio and television for signing the Manifesto, all the other players in France's most popular broadcasts went on general strike in solidarity with the banned.

Slobodan Milosevic Freedom Center The Hague
Press release - October 8, 2004.

The Hague - On October 12, 'Slobodan Milosevic Freedom Center The Hague' will hold its first press conference at The Bel Air Hotel, Johan de Wittlaan 30, 2517 JR, The Hague. The Bel Air Hotel is located next to the Tribunal and the International Congress Center. The press conference will start immediately after the adjournment of the Milosevic trial, at around 2 p.m.

Issues and material to be presented:

1. The current situation concerning the defense of President Milosevic, and the steps being taken by the Freedom Center against the tribunal's decision to impose counsel.
2. The presentation of evidence showing the relationship between the war-time Bosnian Muslim leader Izetbegovic, and senior Al-Qaeda leadership.
3. The relationship between the Democratic candidate for the American Presidency, John Kerry, and Albanian terrorists in Kosovo.

The press conference will be attended by Nico Varkevisser (spokesman) and Mr. Nico Steijnen (lawyer).

Slobodan Milosevic Freedom Center The Hague

To support Slobodan Milosevic in his struggle against The Hague Tribunal and the false indictments, the 'Slobodan Milosevic Freedom Center the Hague' has been established in the Netherlands. The purpose of the Freedom Center is to inform the public of what is happening at The Hague Tribunal; the violations of international law and the gross violations of the rights of those accused by the tribunal. The necessity of the Freedom Center has become extremely urgent since the Tribunal, in violation of international law and even its own rules, denied Milosevic the right to present his own defense. Our goal is to present the truth about what happened in Yugoslavia, and to clarify the overriding political objectives of the tribunal, and its supporters.President Milosevic is fighting against a monstrous machinery that is determined to use any means to punish the Serbian people for their resistance against the destruction of Yugoslavia by terrorist and fascist forces.

The Serbian people are the real ones accused by the Tribunal, and President Milosevic is in The Hague fighting for their future.

ISRAEL "FREEZING" THE PEACE PROCESS IN PALESTINE

The United States on Wednesday evening asked Israel to clarify statements made by Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's senior advisor, Dov Weisglass, during an interview to Haaretz that the
disengagement plan means a "freezing of the peace process," Israel Radio reported. The significance of the disengagement plan is the freezing of the peace process," Weisglass, one of the initiators of the disengagement plan, said in an interview for the Friday Magazine.

"And when you freeze that process," Weisglass added, "you prevent the establishment of a Palestinian state, and you prevent a discussion on the refugees, the borders and Jerusalem.

"Effectively, this whole package called the Palestinian state, with all that it entails, has been removed indefinitely from our agenda. And all this with authority and permission. All with a presidential blessing and the ratification of both houses of Congress."

"The disengagement is actually formaldehyde," he said. "It supplies the amount of formaldehyde that is necessary so there will not be a political process with the Palestinians." (The full interview will appear on Friday.)

the interview is to be printed in Ha'aretz on Friday

Left slams comments
Lawmakers from the Israeli left responded furiously to Weisglass' comments.
Labor Party chairman Shimon Peres said Sharon had never told him that the disengagement plan was meant to freeze the peace process. "He who seeks half-peace will bring half-war," Peres said Wednesday.
In the wake of the comments, Hadash MK Ahmed Tibi sent a letter to U.S. Ambassador to Israel Dan Kurtzer questioning whether "the American administration is a partner to Sharon's political deceit, which Weisglass revealed with incriminating candor." Tibi said that Weisglass' comments "bolster what we have said all along, that the [disengagement] plan is a 'Sharon bluff'."

Yahad MK Yossi Beilin said Weisglass' "frightening comments" were uttered in a rare moment of truth, and show Sharon's real, dangerous intentions. The remarks "reveal the fact that it is Sharon who is not a partner for peace, and the peace camp must work for him to be overthrown," said Beilin.
Hadash MK Mohammed Barakeh called the statements grave, saying they prove that the Sharon government must be toppled as soon as possible. These comments, Barakeh said, affirm the importance of refusing to serve in the IDF and the relevance of the Geneva Initiative, a peace plan co-authored by Beilin and former Palestinian minister Yasser Abed Rabbo.

National Union MK Zvi Hendel said that Weisglass' comments stem from political considerations, namely to appease the right for the short term.
Asked why the disengagement plan had been hatched, Weisglass said: "Because in the fall of 2003 we understood that everything was stuck. And although by the way the Americans read the situation, the blame fell on the Palestinians, not on us, Arik [Sharon] grasped that this state of affairs could not last, that they wouldn't leave us alone, wouldn't get off our case. Time was not on our side. There was international erosion, internal erosion. Domestically, in the meantime, everything was collapsing. The economy was stagnant, and the Geneva Initiative had gained broad support.
"And then we were hit with the letters of officers and letters of pilots and letters of commandos [refusing to serve in the territories]. These were not weird kids with green ponytails and a ring in their nose with a strong odor of grass. These were people like Spector's group [Yiftah Spector, a renowned Air Force pilot who signed the pilot's letter]. Really our finest young people."
Weisglass does not deny that the main achievement of the Gaza plan is the freezing of the peace process in a "legitimate manner."
"That is exactly what happened," he said. "You know, the term `peace process' is a bundle of concepts and commitments. The peace process is the establishment of a Palestinian state with all the security risks that entails. The peace process is the evacuation of settlements, it's the return of refugees, it's the partition of Jerusalem. And all that has now been frozen.... what I effectively agreed to with the Americans was that part of the settlements would not be dealt with at all, and the rest will not be dealt with until the Palestinians turn into Finns. That is the significance of what we did."

AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF MILITARY FORCE AGAINST IRAQ, RESOLUTION OF 2002

IRAQ
This is the Congressional authorization for force that Bush used to launch the invasion of Iraq. However, if you read Section 3, paragraph B, Bush was required to prove to the Congress that Iraq was in violation of UN Resolutions by still being in possession of weapons of mass destruction, and secondly, that Iraq was behind 9-11. Both claims have since been disproved and discredited, the product of the Pentagon Office at the heart of the latest Israeli spy scandal. Therefore, under United States law, the war in Iraq is illegal. And We The People are not under any legal or moral obligation to pay for it, let alone let our kids be killed in it.

If anything, Bush and his pro-war Neocon buddies should be required to reimburse the treasury for their private use of government property. I leave the question of civil lawsuits for wrongful deaths to the families of the dead American service people, and the live service people still suffering from depleted uranium.

fascist usaCongress authorized a census every 10 years. We now have one annually, the American Community Survey, staffed by three million federal employees and various contractors. Essentially, it’s a spy system. It delves into matters that government has no business knowing including a person’s job, income, physical and emotional health, family status, place of residence, intimate personal and private habits, marital status and race, physical, mental and emotional problems. They want to know how many bedrooms you have in case they have to move some people into your home after you lose your home to bankruptcy due to high interest rates. What does it cost you for electricity, gas, mortgage payments and property taxes? They even want to know where you are during all 24 hours so they will know, under the Patriot Act, when to go through your home to check everything personal including your thoughts and how much money and how many guns you have in your home. You have to supply the names and addresses of friends, relatives and employer along with how many homes and vehicles you own. Your educational levels are of government interest as well as information on people in your home, what languages they speak, and when they last worked at a job. This is a true thought police. Most important of all government will back into your assets, do net asset value on you and if you have too much versus your declared income, the IRS will soon be after you. If you are found to have cheated the government of taxes, you will go to an internment camp for reeducation. This survey is not voluntary you must answer or face a $100 fine. Any false response brings a $500 fine. If you do not answer or give nonsensical answers, the fines are $10,000 to $50,000. All the information is sold to corporations so they can better sell you their wares. That fellow Americans is what it is like living in a corporate fascist state.                                                                                       The International Forecaster

Ferlingetti's Citylights Books calls cops on crimespeech.

> Folks,  tonight, Sept l5, 2004, Project Censored threw a little boring talk at Citylights to celebrate their new book on the 'corporate' media's censored stories. I showed up late with a leaflet I made a year ago when Project Censored "censored" their own story on the Neoconservatives by misrepresenting the neocons as bushcheneyrumsfeld instead of the kabal of likudnik Jews we have all come to love and to whom we may soon be able to send condolences as they cool their heels in the slammer if the FBI is ever untethered  after the election.
>
> I passed out a few leaflets which describes the deception of Project Censored, runs down the neocons, the left zionists controlling the left, the Iraq war as primarily a war for Israel,  the 'not an oil war' thesis, and a reading list.  Presently the speaker interrupts his 'divert, distract, and deceive' bore on po-mo culturism and narrative to announce that someone is passing out a leaflet with a representaion of a censor stamp with a star of david on it.  Guy behind me on the stairs: "Yeah, and he's wearing Calvin Klein jeans!" ( I am not making this up) .  I am? But Klein is Jewish.  I say, " ok, trash me for my Calvins? " Voice from the front:  "well, there are 4 Jews up here"  .    I don't quite get it as I cannot see them, so I say to the crowd that they can pick up my leaflet on how Project Censored censored their own story, that the left zionist-jews run the left, "no they don't, Chomsky 's not a zionist" voice from the front,  I say, "Chomsky IS a zionist. talk about anything except Israel."...".Israel is the cause of 9-11, the Iraq war" .   I stop.  Citylights manager comes up up me and tells me to leave,  I refuse.  He grabs my arm, I tell him to get his hands off of me.  He says he is going  to call the cops. I say go for it.
>
> The talks continue , the most nauseating stuff on sexual repression...that is BushAmerica, and so on, no wonder the right wing culture critics howl over leftist cant.   We quietly wait out the  junk (no real discussion of the war, etc) and the event is over and some folks take the leaflet, a bunch of high school kids file out having been exposed to left-wing idiocy, sure to innoculate them against ever taking the left seriously, and a little dose of stalinism from...Citylights Books, home of the Revolution, Allen Ginsberg, Lawrence Ferlenghetti, etc
>
> I have seen the best minds of my generation  eat the shit of Jewish/Zionist propaganda,  I have seen the cauldron of Jewish nuclear fire sweep across the deserts of Arabia, watched the babbling terrorism-speak of the stink tanks...spook an entire nation into  the thrall of Arab killers working for
> Israel.  etc>
>
> Cop shows up and says I have to leave.  OK fine.  He remarks that these folks are solopsists, and grins. SF cops are great. "Solipsists" ?  well, he is close, but no cigar.  They are left-wing wankers , with visions of lenin dancing in their heads: every man a lenin, well, actually, I will be the Lenin, the rest will hang on my every word, and those who stray...well, history will absolve ME.   etc. More crimespeech folks,  crimethink, the left calls the cops, oh, and the last talk is about how awful that the US locks up 2 million guys....what jail would the Jewish left and the goyische left zombies put me in? or would I even get habeas corpus, a trial, etc? Zio- Stalinism folks, it is all around us.  Kapos working for Israel and Jewish Power.  Kapos working for CityLights Books.

samarra

Reports say residents of Samarra - which lies on the main highway from Baghdad to northern Iraq - are too afraid to venture out.

Witnesses in the centre of the city have spoken of American snipers shooting at anyone who appeared on the streets.

Some 5,000 troops poured into Samarra during Friday in one of the biggest offensives since the invasion of Iraq.

CONGRESSMEN WANT critics and boycott protesters of Israel TREATED AS FELONS

http://www.forward.com/main/article.php?ref=greenberg200409291150

ERIC J. GREENBERG, FORWARD - As the push to cut off investments in Israel gains momentum in Protestant circles, Jewish organizations and their allies on Capitol Hill are racing to neutralize the burgeoning divestment movement. This week, following a tense three-hour summit with upset Jewish communal officials, leaders of the Louisville-based Presbyterian Church(USA), with 2.5 million members, said they were determined to go ahead with their recently approved plan to divest selectively from Israel. The interfaith meeting came just days after Anglican Church officials visiting Israel saidthat they would push for consideration of a divestment plan to protestIsrael's policies toward the Palestinians. . .

In an effort to head off anti-Israel divestment efforts, a bipartisan group of 13 congressmen sent a letter to the U.S. Department of Commerce stating that such campaigns violate America's laws regarding the Arab boycott of Israel. The letter, which was initiated by the Zionist Organization of
America, was sent to the Commerce's Office of Anti-boycott Compliance. The congressmembers urged the office to "investigate the national boycott campaign against Israel, shut down the illegal divestment campaigns and impose the appropriate penalties."

A second bipartisan group of congressmen sent a letter to the Presbyterian Church's chief executive, the Rev. Clifton Kirkpatrick, calling for the church to abandon its recently adopted divestment plan. The letter, organized by Howard Berman, a California Democrat, termed the church's divestment policy "irresponsible, counterproductive and morally bankrupt." The letter stated that the resolution "leads us to only one conclusion: The Presbyterian Church has knowingly gone on record calling for jeopardizing the existence of the State of Israel."

The Congressional letter noted that divestment supporters are actively promoting the boycott of Israel on the internet and have launched divestment campaigns on more than thirty college campuses, including the University of California at Berkeley and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The divestment campaign "poses serious economic consequences for our
country," the letter pointed out, noting that according to the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, the Arab boycott of Israel is a "substantive impediment" to U.S. trade and investment. "The financial future of U.S. companies and the status of our country's international trade ... are at stake." The letter added that the issue is "urgent" because a national student
divestment conference is scheduled to be held at Duke University on October
15, 2004.

Gaza attacks

26 Palestinian civilians were killed today during the ongoing Israeli invasion of northern Gaza Strip, including 11 with one tank round that ripped them apart in Jabalia refugee camp, as Israeli occupation forces continued shelling and destroying houses. The civilians were killed this afternoon when an Israeli tank fired a round at a gathering near the Sekka area.

The sources also indicated that a large number of casualties overflowed the Kamal Adwan and Al Awda hospitals, in addition to Al Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, where a number of civilians are being treated from critical wounds. Medical sources told WAFA that more than 50 civilians were wounded and were evacuated to Al Awda Hospital, most of them in critical condition because of being shot in the upper body. WAFA news agency reported that Israeli forces invading north of Gaza Strip opened heavy gunfire towards civilians' houses in Jabalia camp,

Eyewitnesses said Israeli forces stepped up its military offensive against the residents of Jabalia camp, opening heavy gunfire in all directions as the sounds of explosions and crackle of bullets is heard everywhere. .The witnesses added that destruction and vandalism of Palestinian homes continued inside the camp, as Israeli troops have raided and wrecked more than 35 houses so far. Snipers were also reported taking up positions on the houses' rooftops to shoot at civilians. A civilian was also killed by Israeli gunfire and seven others were wounded, including medics in Jabalia refugee camp, as the director of Emergency Department at the Ministry of Health said that an unidentified civilian was shot dead by Israeli troops. Seven others were also wounded, including Samir Al Wuheidi, who drives an ambulance, and is in critical condition.
A third civilian was shot and killed with a direct bullet in the heart.

Look what Kerry's Madeleine Albright and Vaclav Havel are up to!!!

An Open Letter to the Heads of State and Government
Of the European Union and NATO
September 28, 2004 As citizens of the Euro-Atlantic community of democracies, we wish to express our sympathy and solidarity with the people of the Russian Federation in their struggle against terrorism. The mass murderers who seized School No. 1 in Beslan committed a heinous act of terrorism for which there can be no rationale or excuse. While other mass murderers have killed children and unarmed civilians, the calculated targeting of so many innocent children at school is an unprecedented act of barbarism that violates the values and norms of our community and which all civilized nations must condemn.

At the same time, we are deeply concerned that these tragic events are being used to further undermine democracy in Russia. Russia’s democratic institutions have always been weak and fragile. Since becoming President in January 2000, Vladimir Putin has made them even weaker. He has systematically undercut the freedom and independence of the press, destroyed the checks and balances in the Russian federal system, arbitrarily imprisoned both real and imagined political rivals, removed legitimate candidates from electoral ballots, harassed and arrested NGO leaders, and weakened Russia’s political parties. In the wake of the horrific crime in Beslan, President Putin has announced plans to further centralize power and to push through measures that will take Russia a step closer to authoritarian regime.

We are also worried about the deteriorating conduct of Russia in its foreign relations. President Putin’s foreign policy is increasingly marked by a threatening attitude towards Russia’s neighbors and Europe’s energy security, the return of rhetoric of militarism and empire, and by a refusal to comply with Russia’s international treaty obligations. In all aspects of Russian political life, the instruments of state power appear to be being rebuilt and the dominance of the security services to grow. We believe that this conduct cannot be accepted as the foundation of a true partnership between Russia and the democracies of NATO and the European Union.

These moves are only the latest evidence that the present Russian leadership is breaking away from the core democratic values of the Euro-Atlantic community. All too often in the past, the West has remained silent and restrained its criticism in the belief that President Putin’s steps in the wrong direction were temporary and the hope that Russia would soon return to a democratic and pro-Western path. Western leaders continue to embrace President Putin in the face of growing evidence that the country is moving in the wrong direction and that his strategy for fighting terrorism is producing less and less freedom. We firmly believe dictatorship will not and cannot be the answer to Russia’s problems and the very real threats it faces.

The leaders of the West must recognize that our current strategy towards Russia is failing. Our policies have failed to contribute to the democratic Russia we wished for and the people of this great country deserve after all the suffering they have endured. It is time for us to rethink how and to what extent we engage with Putin’s Russia and to put ourselves unambiguously on the side of democratic forces in Russia. At this critical time in history when the West is pushing for democratic change around the world, including in the broader Middle East, it is imperative that we do not look the other way in assessing Moscow’s behaviour or create a double standard for democracy in the countries which lie to Europe’s East. We must speak the truth about what is happening in Russia. We owe it to the victims of Beslan and the tens of thousands of Russian democrats who are still fighting to preserve democracy and human freedom in their country.
